Holly Adams specializes in commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on retail and office leasing.
Prior to associating with the firm, Ms. Adams was Associate General Counsel in the Real Estate Law group of The Gap, Inc., where she was involved in all aspects of new store development for the Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic and Outlet Divisions in the United States and Canada. During her eleven years at Gap Inc., Ms. Adams drafted and negotiated commercial leases and subleases for both retail and office locations and was involved in oversight of lease compliance and enforcement issues, occupancy audit claims and litigation related to property management issues.
Before her career at Gap, Ms. Adams was an associate in the Real Estate Department of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto where she worked on a variety of real estate transactions including purchase transactions, loan agreements and commercial leases for offices, warehouses and corporate headquarters facilities. Prior to that, she was an associate in Latham & Watkins’ Orange County office where she was involved in shopping center leasing, land use matters and real estate litigation.
