Ms. Oberle’s practice includes representation of national commercial clients in a variety of real estate matters, with a particular focus on commercial leasing. She represents retail, office, and telecom tenants, as well as owners and developers of office buildings, retail shopping centers, and telecom sites.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Oberle was a transactional attorney with Morgan Miller Blair in Walnut Creek, where she represented REITs and other owners/developers of commercial properties and retail and office tenants in leasing and other transactional matters, including resolution of landlord/tenant disputes. She was previously associated with the Walnut Creek office of Miller Starr Regalia, where she represented residential developers and local and regional banking associations. Ms. Oberle’s experience includes in-house counsel positions with T-Mobile, where she oversaw telecom site leasing, including environmental and land use reviews, for several Western states, and with an investment firm that assisted public companies in raising capital through the sale of debt and equity securities.
